If it could be 0 stars. Today at 2:45 a.m. a free table was preserved in the next room. After half an hour, no operation in sight. Then the family got their ordered drinks at the side table they had waited for half an hour. We were ignored by the operation and not observed. After an hour and after I was 3 times at the counter, we could order, but we had to wait 20 minutes until we got our drinks and the apple strudel.... Time and again!
