Jimmy John's - Waconia

I waited 45 minutes for a delivery of just one sandwich, even though I live less than five minutes away. After 20 minutes, I called the restaurant to check on my order, but it just kept ringing. I tried again 15 minutes later, and when someone finally answered, they were polite but informed me that they had just left with my sandwich. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again—way too slow!

Very busy, but staff was polite and made my sandwich freaky fast!

It usually takes over 30 minutes for delivery every time I've ordered from here. However, the food is delicious.

I ordered the #11 with added bacon and peppers. I was charged for both extras, but I didn't receive either, and the sandwich was also missing the tomatoes that are supposed to be included.

Waited for 25 minutes and got probably the worst JJ sandwiches I've ever had. Normally don't mind waiting for food but to get what we got was very disappointing to say the least.
