Spunkmeyers Pub Grill - Wadsworth

Overall a good bar/grill can be a little rough around the edges. Not sure about the seat layout, it's a bit strange and provide traffic jams when busy. Bartender are usually cool and attentive. Add more pictures at the next stop.

While we had to wait to be welcomed, our server was nice. I ordered the cod sandwich, there were more bread than fish and more rolls in total. My husband had a black chicken sandwich. The chicken was burned and again more bungalow than chicken. Very disappointing, this was a good place to eat.

I had the Hot Italian Sub for the first time. It was just amazing. So many wonderful aromas, delicious juicy and great, fresh bread. My husband said Buck Naked Burger was the best burger he had EVER. Cudos to cook/cook. Waitstaff was very helpful and accommodating. Great dinner!

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but the man was so rough. My wife and I decided to come for our four-year wedding anniversary, and we were incredibly disappointed. Let me say that, my wife and I regularly went to Spunkmeyer?s under their old property. Under new property, we have remained disappointed. Last time we were there, they completely forgot my wife and had to recharge her. This time our waiting time was only twenty minutes for a server. I ordered a caramel bourbon drink and my wife ordered a diet coke. The bourbon drink already melted with the ice, tasted completely watered, and our waitress apologized to the way the shrimp looked. It was a piece of caramel that sat on the rim in phase and only looked sloppy. My wife? Diet Coke was flat and she asked for withdrawal. It still ended on our bill. We waited for another forty minutes for food and it came cold and otherwise inconspicuous. I have the Philly cheese steak that was lukewarm and gummy. It seemed from the taste that it was sitting on the window for a while before our server brought it over. I couldn't finish it when my stomach was upset. My wife ordered cheeseries that were cold when they came to her. She barely ate her. We actually asked about the bill when our waitress brought our food because we knew it would wait so long. Our waitress apologized for the lack of service, but honestly, it is a hard excuse to accept if there was no attempt to appease the customer. Honestly disappointed and would rather have gone to the Taco Bell at night? I think my wife and I have no chance to give Spunkmeyers. We're not back.

We used to love this place, but since they've remodeled the service has gone down hill and the menu has shrunk to nothing special. Hope they make some changes, really used to like this place.
