Schnitz - Wagga Wagga

We decided to order delivery from this restaurant and unfortunately received the wrong meal. The staff at Schnitz were incredibly rude and unhelpful, refusing to rectify the mistake and even driving away without a resolution. They told us to contact Menulog for support but provided us with a number that went unanswered. The service we received was abysmal and incompetent, and as a result, we will never be patronizing this establishment again. It's a shame we can't comment on the food itself as it was not what we ordered. No wonder there are rumors of poor customer service circulating around this place.

We dined here twice primarily because they were open late at night. The meals were both delicious and generously portioned.

I was disappointed with both of our meals. One of them was burnt and tasted like charcoal, and it seemed like the restaurant was being run by inexperienced staff.

Looking for a cheap meal for 2. Parmy x2 with chips and garden salad, $35. Very satisfied with the price and service. Thank you.

Ordered a family meal on menu log, however, only half of the meal was delivered. I contacted snitz wagga who advised i would have to come in and pick up the order. They also advised they would not give a refund on the delivery. When...asked to speak with a manager I was advised there was none. Worst service and the meal has gone down in value as well since it opened up.
