Big bouquets to Lamb Shank Cafe - I rang and asked if they could deliver a breakfast to a family member as a surprise for her birthday that morning - they were so helpful - onto it straight away and charged very reasonable prices, and brekkie cooked and delivered in record time. Family absolutely loved the brekkie. Cafe owner and staff go out of their way to provide the best service they can. Many thanks Lamb Shank Cafe!

We had a very enjoyable breakfast. Tha young lass who served us was professional and friendly. She made my long black exactly as I requested and it was the best coffee I had since leaving home.

A very spacious cafe in town. We were five people on a Thur night and there's only our table for the whole night. Very bright and clean. The chef and owner is very kind and friendly, taking our order personally. They offered all day breakfast so some of our vegetarian friends ordered the vegetarian breakfast which is quite a good value. They can't finished the whole plate and bought some toast back to the motel ! We also had a chilli mussel starter but the portion is quite OK, with rice as well so it could be a main meal. I tried the classic lamb shank, their signature dish. It was OK but not the best. I reckon the shank should be further cooked for quite some time as the meat are not falling off the bone that I expected. Anyway, they have BYO and an ice-cream bar which is a quite a enjoyable place in a remote small town.

Traveling through for a long trip, we stopped in to Lamb Shank Cafe for coffee and a bite of breakfast. The dining area is huge, and very clean. We ordered a bacon and egg roll for my husband, a ham cheese toasted croissant for me, and two takeaway coffees. The customer service was excellent! The two ladies were very friendly and the food was wonderful. Even small touches, like a small shortbread biscuit served with your coffee, were nice. We definitely won't drive past again without stopping in.
