Mcdonald's In P - Wagon Wheel

Again I ordered sausage mc muffins with egg no!!!! Cheese on Sunday June 30 I got to work and they had cheese I had to throw them in trash went without breakfast I’m not happy not only could not eat it but lost money on buying one thing and getting wrong order girl wven said no cheese right and I agreed so there was no lack of communication She repeated order to me no cheese

I went to McDonald's last night around 830pm. I got 2 hot and spicy and 2 cheese burgers. The hot and spicy s were rock hard. The employees are rude my cheese burger wasn't fully wrapped which means everyone touched it and the cheese burgers were smashed. When I spoke with the lady that brought out my burgers she said yes that's how there supposed to look like. I've never in my life recieved food that looked like this. I'll never go to the pinetop location again. You guys seriously need to work on your customer service and the way food should be given from your facility. I added both my cheese burgers. So I'll ask again is this how food should be given???? From any food restaurant?

This was actually funny to me but probably more shocking. I pulled up in the drive through. I was the only one in the inside or out. Answered the recorded app question. Then sat there, nobody. A little while later a person pulls up in the outside. Recorded question, then somebody live and they promptly took their order. Me, not so much. I then have someone come on and say what do you want . I jokingly said the othere lane pulled up after me and you took his order well before me . Response pause....what can I get you ? I couldn 't help but to bust up laughing!! I wouldn 't have even given a thought if I am sorry sir we have a trainee it won 't happen again. But no it was just, oh well I don 't know what to tell you. The reason why I laughed though is, the mountain has such a hard time, finding and good employees. In the valley, they get replaced, here we just have to deal with them.

Can never get my points to work right? Their Wi-Fi is bad.

This McDonald's is excellent! We ordered over $50 in breakfast and it was ready within minutes!
