Starbucks - Waianuenue Avenue, Hilo

An overall good Starbucks sometimes they get very busy and overwhelmed, and your wait time is a little longer than normal. Other than that it is a great Starbucks to get a cup of coffee and hang out and enjoy the atmosphere in there, the free Wi-Fi also helps.

Ok so usually I am not a stick about this, but I ordered a drink and I didn't even get it full and I paid for extra syrup where usually I don't.

This stabucks is very low quality. The behavior of the girls at counter is very pathetic. They didn't care what you order and whether you got your order or not. They simply apologize. I mean really.... I wish I could have given zero points. This stabucks experience is like a black spot in my all wonderful Hawaii experience.... Hawaiians should be more humble or careful towards the visitors...

The staff there right now went above and beyond to make my coffee right. Thanks so much!

Really completely impossible to find utterly difficult to do anything about this place. It seems to be in the mall but is not at all. There seems to be no parking at all here which forces people to make a marathon trek across the mall to it.
