Ordered a wrap and a bagel and the wrap was still frozen when it was served. Also ordered two iced oat milk shaken espresso and both were very watery. Just not a good quality product. They weren’t even busy which is the sad part you wouldn’t expect this to happen if they are slow. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The store was slow but our food all came back bad. Our wrap was frozen when served and both drinks we ordered was very watery. Certainly not the Starbucks quality you would expect and very disappointing.
