Brown’s Deli - Waimea

This place is perfect for your morning coffee and a pastry. The staff are incredibly kind. While the prices are on the higher side, that's to be expected at a resort! I really enjoyed the donut with papaya filling. My kids loved the blueberry muffins and banana bread. The pizza was great for my 12-year-old, and they also enjoyed the razor ice cream.

The cafe is situated by the pool at the Fairmont Orchid. While it may not be the finest option, it serves as a convenient spot for hotel guests. You can easily grab a quick breakfast or lunch here.

Perhaps the best dining option in Fairmont is a disappointment.
