Hale Kai - Waimea

Overall, we had a very good experience. We were able to enjoy the sunset, which was really nice, although the location doesn’t provide the best vantage point for it. The fresh fish tacos were delicious. I deducted a star because the Korean ribs tasted more like salt than meat, which was quite disappointing. However, the service was excellent.

This place has a beautiful view on the beach. Saw here for lunch with a friend and the fish tacos were filled and did not need additional food for lunch. It is on the expensive side, but it is so understandable in a resort.

We decided to visit the bar area for takeout, which turned out to be a great choice for my 12-year-old. The menu offered kid-friendly options like chicken tenders and burgers, which is exactly what we ordered. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

Coming soon! Everything is great. The fish and chips are outstanding, and the NY Strip is amazing! You can't go wrong if you stay at the resort.

Good service friendly staff. Ok beer selection. Great fish tacos. Limited food selection. What they do have is good though. Recommend the fresh daily catch ciabatta bun sandwich, fish tacos and ahi poke. Items removed from menu when Hotel gets busy not sure if this is a regular occurance.
