The Hunting Lodge Winery - Waitakere

The place has great potential, however outside are is dated with worn out grass in some places. little for the kids to do, with only an old empty cubby house to play in. area perfect for lawn games etc, but were none present. we had booked for a group of 12, the table we were put on was way too small for this size crowd and the table move request seemed like an issue for the staff. we didn't feel welcome at all. had to constantly look for someone to order drinks off. and the muscle bound hierarchy was particularly unwelcoming. we will not be back. and I will spread the word.

Love this Restaurant, it's our favorite place for fine dining. Food is AMAZING, the wine is out of this world. The Hunting Lodge is the only wine I like to drink. Service: 5 Location: 5
