Fuji Japanese Steak House - Waite Park

I've been celebrating my birthday at Fuji for the last five years, and each time has been wonderful. They truly make the evening special!

The food was decent, but I felt that everything was overly drenched in sauce. The salad was swimming in dressing, while the onion soup, fried rice, and mixed vegetables were quite enjoyable. Overall, there were some highlights, but the heavy use of sauce was a bit much for my taste.

Absolutely the best Japanese cuisine in Minnesota! The onion soup is the perfect way to kick off any meal here. The fried rice comes incredibly close to perfection. The sushi is also outstanding...

My visit to this restaurant was absolutely fantastic! I was seated quickly, and my order was taken right away. The staff was incredibly friendly, entertaining, and attentive. I dined at the Hibachi Grill and ordered the Filet Mignon and Chicken. As I took in my surroundings, I noticed that the grills, ventilation, floors, and restrooms were all very clean. My meal was cooked to perfection, and the chef was both humorous and skilled. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was delicious. This is definitely one of my top choices for a date night, and I highly recommend this restaurant. If you haven't visited yet, don't hesitate to give it a try. You won't regret it, and you'll leave happy!

I went to the Hibachi for my birthday and I have no complaints about the food. The portions are consistently generous, and the soup that comes with the Hibachi is delicious, while the small salad adds a refreshing touch. The service was quite fast, especially with our drinks and the extra sushi orders our group placed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. However, we didn't get a full show like the table next to us; there was no onion volcano, and no attempts to toss food into our mouths. Overall, it was a good experience.
