Taqueria La Perla - Waite Park

I visited today without really knowing what I needed to create an authentic dish. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ready to assist me with everything I needed. I will definitely return for all my ingredients and to sample the food! Thank you so much!

The food was fantastic! We tried the chorizo tacos and the asada torta, and both were incredibly delicious!

I'm hesitant to share this because it's my favorite spot, and I don't want it to become overly crowded. They offer eight different types of meat, along with amazing house-made sauces! The food is fantastic, and the staff are creative, polite, and provide excellent service. I highly recommend the two Barbacoa Tacos, along with rice and beans, paired with a Mexican Coke!

People were nice and we're called a lot of food for the money. Flavors were more subtle than we expected.

Best authentic tacos in town. So good. Last meal.
