During our first trip to the state of Vermont, we chose to have breakfast at this restaurant. It had a delightful atmosphere, and our server, Sophie, was incredibly helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave excellent recommendations to us, her new friends from Texas. The food was delicious, making it a perfect spot to kick off the day! One of my favorite places for breakfast! I accidentally found this gem after camping nearby one night, and the breakfast was fantastic! I highly recommend the homemade toast; it's incredibly fresh. The staff is always friendly and eager to help as well. Definitely a solid 5 stars!

My experience at this restaurant has been quite inconsistent, ranging from one extreme to the other. It was very disappointing to start off with a five-star experience, only to encounter two one-star experiences later on. My time at Rubin was meant to be a special celebration, and it unfortunately fell short of expectations.
