神奈川から来ました。和歌山ラーメン初挑戦です。 土曜の11:40頃に行くと駐車場が満車寸前でしたが並ばずには入れました。中華そば(700円)をいただきました。豚骨醤油ですが、横浜の家系豚骨とは異なる茶色い若干動物系の匂いが強めのスープです。徳島ラーメンをマイルドにしたような、豚骨が前に出て醤油の返しもしっかりコクのあるスープです。麺はオーソドックスなストレートの中華麺です。具はチャーチュー、メンマ、ネギ、ナルトです。 和歌山は生卵と巻き寿司がオプションになっているのがデフォルトなんですね。 場所柄駐車場併設なので特に気を遣うことはありません。
