Chick-fil-a - Wake Forest

It's Chick-fil-A—what more could you ask for? I give it an A+. If Chick-fil-A were in charge of the world, everything would be better. The drive-thru is consistently quick, and the staff are always friendly. Matt, who was working the counter, was particularly helpful. By the way, where can I get one of those robotic trash compactors for my home?

I go at least once a week through the drive thru. The service is always so fast. No matter how long the lines are, there is always plenty of staff to make the line go really smoothly. Food is always great!!

Went thru drive-thru Sat afternoon, line moved pretty good, order correct, make sure you request condiments because none were added to the bag like mustard or mayo o/w not bad. They do seem to have a pretty good system worked out.

We really enjoy visiting Chick-fil-A. My son loves the play area there. Although it’s a bit of a drive for us, we still look forward to going. The employees are genuinely friendly and considerate, always ready to help. They really make you feel appreciated as a customer. It will always be one of our favorite places to eat.

The food is excellent, but the indoor service is quite slow. They continue to prioritize drive-thru customers despite having the dining room open. It seems they're facing some challenges with hiring and training new staff. I expect things to improve soon and return to how they were before the pandemic.
