Chili's Grill - Wake Forest

The bartender was fantastic. I ordered a $5.89 Mango Margarita, and it was delicious. The chili chicken fingers were also very tasty. The rice was a bit stale, but they quickly replaced it with my choice of side without any hassle. The music was enjoyable as well. Overall, it was a lovely happy hour spent alone.

I’m not sure who the chef was, but our food was served hot and tasted amazing. We both ordered the shrimp and crab pasta, and it was simply fantastic! Our appetizers were just as fresh and flavorful. Our waitress was very friendly, making for a delightful experience after a particularly stressful week. Also, a special mention for the strawberry lemonade tea – it was delicious!

I had an incredible experience at store1393 located at 11380 Capital Blvd., Wake Forest, NC, on Saturday, May 21. Our server, Payton, truly embodied what a great server should be! She was cheerful and genuinely committed to making our dining experience amazing. In fact, I noticed that all the servers around us were smiling! The pandemic has made dining out challenging, but this was by far the best environment I've encountered during this time. I give it five stars and more! Kudos to the management for creating such a great atmosphere and serving delicious food. Thank you!

I wouldn’t usually give 5 stars to a chili’s restaurant, but after living in Columbus OH, where the quality of this restaurant chain is questionable, me and the family have had more that a handful of good experiences in this chilis location. We have ordered delivery and the food comes with good presentation, tasty and CORRECT. Have done curb pickup and carry out and it’s even better because you skip the wait time of delivery and get the food warm. Again, food has been tasty, packed with care, and CORRECT. Will definitely keep ordering from this Chili’s restaurant.
