Wendy's - Wake Forest

We ordered the 4 for $4 deal, which included a cheeseburger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries, and a soda. I also got the 4 for $5 deal with a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, fries, 4 chicken nuggets, and a soda. I always enjoy root beer with no ice, so I get it 3/4 full. Plus, I have a keychain tag for a free tiny frosty, which I like to mix into my root beer for a delicious root beer float. Yum! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious.

Today, the fries were just right and the service was excellent. The woman at the drive-thru even called me "baby," which I really appreciated. It was a great improvement compared to my previous visits.

I understand that everyone has their role to play, but those who work in customer service should take pride in what they do. After waiting in the drive-thru line, I was disappointed to see the staff goofing off and dancing instead of doing their jobs. My food arrived cold, and to make matters worse, there was a hair in my sandwich, so I couldn't eat it. The sweet tea was unsweetened, and one of my sandwiches was missing the bacon. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken but was only given 5. It's surprising that Wendy's is still in business after this experience. I definitely won’t be returning!

Dreadful service and eat. must wait 45 minutes for a baked potato and icy. the line was almost out of the door. had my name wrong on the recipe and called tim and not ken. the icy was tasteless. tried like water. the person behind me said his call order was completely wrong. I wanted his money back. will not try this place again.

3 stars because it tastes okay-ish. Always have to wait about 5 minutes. Just get a frosty tbh and maybe fries though tbh.
