McDonald's - Wakefield-Peacedale

Mcdon worstald’s i’ve ever been to not only is the food always stale cold and hours old but the service is absolutely horrible. Normally I wouldn’t write a critique, but yesterday I ordered two double cheeseburgers, and I had a good badge on my handy for a free chicken sandwich 6) apparently the good luck didn’t work, but they never told me and I didn’t even know until I came home and checked my bank and saw that I spent 11$ at mcdonald’s. ridiculus

This place is the misguided almost food joint I've ever had. if they wait in the drive through the line and there is a person in the window, they will wait to take their order until this person leaves. I wait 10 minutes on the ride through the loudspeaker. it's quite annoying. they are welcomed without smiles, and they will feel as if they are an inconvenience for them working on their job. I recommend you to drive 20 minutes to another mcdonald’s to get their service. Yeah, they say they're open 24 hours. no. pull up once and closed at 20:45. 9 o'clock at several locations. only to see the manager outside, a zigarette with his head tooth and uniform. I am sure that the owners of this facility like to know that their employees are outside the smoking, while the business is closed for the public. as I said, don't waste your money here. I feel bad for the city as it is the only place to get a quick bite when they are in a hurry. but hopefully they are not in a hurry because they are there 10 minutes minimum waiting for food.

This place is absolutely terrible. I feel like who manages it, it's obvious what happens. the workers are so rude and arrogant. they don't know what the customer service is. I know it's probably a busy place, but they should still be respectful. this place needs a handle.

I ordered spicy nuggets meal with chocolate shake the whipped cream was carefully placed, like about 1/3 of the top of the cup not even filled until the cap. the pommes were ok, but also not bad or good; the quality could have been better. the nuggets were the best part, the soße was forgotten when I clearly quoted buffalo on the side. when they ask any nuggets always in the window for sauce because they forget the sauce all the time.

Awful service. Tried to use my code 1 fry) through the drive threw told all set, paid, went to the 2nd window to get food and didn’t get the fries. Manager came over and said I’m not doing this today, come inside and shut the window. I was shocked went in, wanted to argue over fries.. deal expired by that time and $1 fry not honored.
