The smoked meat tastes like it's supposed to taste.... as before at the grandpa! The mass of the other providers is clearly declining.... Too bad the Waldburg is 80km away... could become my favorite medic ....

For my birthday I got a sausage basket and on our specialty market that took place every summer we had bought various sausage and meat products. Never again! The land hunters are too fat some of them rancid so our butcher makes better quality only the smoke was good. That's why there are only two stars. Even the ham sausage doesn't throw me off the stool.
