It talks at least 30 minutes to explore and taste all the delicious samples. You can leave your items behind the counter while you dine, and can then pay for your meal and items all at once. The menu is European and not a detail is left out. The pickles and sour kraut are the best, the ratmac and cheese, the Rueben to name a few are Morse 's morsels, but the menu is expansive and each meal is perfection. The owners, the wait staff, the deli and the employees set the tone, its a great experience. Never a disappointment. From the web site, "Select Speck and Schinken hams from Germany, Parma Prosciutto from Italy, Bavarian sausages, aged Dutch Goudas, Swiss Gruyeres, English cheddars and hundreds of other fine meats and cheeses fill the “horn of plenty” that is Morse 's cavernous curved-glass deli case. The classic tastes of Europe abound throughout the market. You 'll find fine Viennese confiture, classic German spaetzle, local artisan breads, mustards, canned and pickled fish, rare spices, seasonings, cakes, crackers and candles.
I am in love with this place. The food, the service, quality and quality of their products are above and beyond. If you are close...or need an excuse for a drive, Please go enjoy this place. It is well worth the trip.
The food here is amazing!! I had the potato and cheese perogies and they were delicious I highly recommend them. The kraut balls were a great appetizer and the homemade pickles were really tasty too. There’s a grocery store attached as well that has a lot of German foods and amazing cheeses and meats. If you are in the area you owe it to yourself to try this place out!
So many pickles to choose from! But the half sour made it back to RI and the doggie bag from the pastrami Ruben was better today than yesterday! Was definitely worth the trip! BonAppétit enjoy!!!!
Love the pierogis. We had the sauerkraut and mushroom. Always a treat! The reuben sandwich is the best!
