I have visited this location often over the past 6 years. Service is good. The staff is courteous and efficient for the most part. I visit now mainly for the freshpack ice cream. Some staff actually weigh the container! They are just following orders. I like it better when they just packed it tight . I notice staff is younger and less personable then in the past. The wait time in drive through is minimal as a rule. Overall they meet my needs and I will continue to patronize them.

I primarily go there now for the freshly packed ice cream. Some staff members weigh the container, which is fine, but I prefer when they pack it tightly without weighing it. I have noticed that the staff seems to be younger and less friendly than before. The wait time at the drive-thru is usually short. Overall, they meet my needs and I will continue to support them.

The food is terrible and this restaurant consistently shuts down before the scheduled closing time.

How the hell the lady tell me they don't sell Carmel brownie sundaes only one in the world i.have ever been to that doesn't and very smart mouth

I visited a restaurant to order some ice cream. The woman taking our order seemed very impatient and kept asking "is that all, is that all" every few seconds. Once we had finally decided on our order, she rudely didn't tell us the total and simply said "just pull up". I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and do not plan on returning.
