Burger King - Waldorf

I visited the restaurant with my son, who ordered a burger that was made exactly how he requested. When we approached the pickup window, we received a warm greeting and were able to respond. We were also told to enjoy our meal and to have a wonderful day! I give them an A+ for customer service!

The burger was delicious, and I have to say that the aroma of the grilled food made me even hungrier. I definitely plan to visit BK again.

Just had a customer by driving at 10:40 on Thursday, no one would welcome or say anything to the speakers... So we go to the window and they wouldn't even look at us. It is open until 11. This guy pays for a ride to get a dinner, and you know he doesn't even recognize the fact that he's here, but you're going to run around and do other things. Very unprofessional? together

They omitted a sandwich from my order, but they quickly resolved the issue. Excellent service!

This is a fantastic spot to grab a quick bite. The vouchers they offer are outstanding!
