Contribuisci feedbackMy only complaint about the food is that they no longer offer the plum sauce for dipping spring rolls. It’s also quite disappointing that when I go through the drive-thru and say “Thank you” while receiving my bag, the employee responds with a lackluster “Uh huh.” At Chick-fil-A, they say “my pleasure,” and even McDonald's employees offer a polite “you’re welcome” or wish you a nice day. Good etiquette really does make a difference.
Quick service and delicious food, but the customers leave much to be desired. There was one guy parked in the middle of the lot, blocking both the driveway and the drive-thru lane, and it took an eternity for him to place his order. If you're planning to use the drive-thru, make sure you know your order before you get to the speaker!
The restaurant is well-maintained, and this was my first experience dining indoors. I typically prefer the drive-thru. The food appears fresh, and the staff are very friendly.
The food at this restaurant is quite tasty, and I especially enjoy their chicken with mushrooms, which comes with fresh-tasting zucchini. Generally, the service is fast and efficient. However, I couldn't give it a perfect score because they often run out of packaged sauces, more than you'd expect. I recognize that there have been supply challenges, but I also think some of the issue stems from the staff at the window. When I asked for 1 soy sauce, 2 plum sauces, and 1 hot mustard, I received a handful of each instead. This kind of waste is unnecessary.
