Papa John's Pizza - Waldorf

The pizza arrived lukewarm, so I'm going to return it. I can't believe it was sent out in a heated bag. I was pretty upset about it at first, but fair enough, they did get it right in the end. So now, I'm satisfied with the outcome. Just a friendly reminder to make sure to specify that you don't want it served cold when ordering!

I placed an order through the app, which indicated a wait time of 25-39 minutes for takeout. I arrived a bit early and found the restaurant completely overwhelmed, with people lined up three deep in the waiting area. Many were upset and some were even asking for refunds due to the long wait times. Despite the chaos, the person behind the counter remained calm and professional, and the entire staff was working as quickly as they could. Once I got home, I was pleased to find that the pizza was excellent.

I work nearby and order from them at least once a week. However, every time there's something wrong with my order... EVERY TIME. They also always forget the sauces I paid for. When I order chicken, they only include three tiny drops of sauce. Still, whatever they manage to get right tastes good, which is the only reason I keep coming back. Plus, they are quick, but that speed often results in half my order being forgotten.

The pizza is always excellent, whether you choose the red or white sauce. The crust is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the Papadia. The Buffalo Chicken was incredible! I will definitely eat here every time!
