My order took way too long. Over 60mins. I unfortunately didn't read previous reviews and did not know They use a third party delivery service. If I knew that I would have Never ordered. The dasher left my food on the ground even after I said not to on the site. My food was cold, I watched the tracker app. My food sat for 45 mins before even being picked up. This was my first time in many years ordering Papa John's and it will be my last. If you can order from somewhere else. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I visited the Smallwood Drive location in Waldorf, MD, to pick up an order through Grubhub. Upon my arrival, I noticed four employees working, but they all seemed to be moving at a very slow pace and lacked any sense of urgency. The person at the register informed me that my order would take 30 minutes to be ready, and the customer had only requested a cheese pizza. How long can that possibly take? Absolutely unacceptable! When will the management at headquarters start addressing the ongoing issues, concerns, and poor reviews that this location receives?
