Roy Rogers - Waldorf

Absolutely awesome in every way!!! From the order takers to the clean up crew this roy Roger 's is outstanding . My order was hot and fresh the order taker spoke clearly and the fixing bar was spic and span !! Even the hardest job in the entire place ...the ' drive thru ' was actually the Super Star of the Team !!! Great Job !!

My factory rep took me to lunch and had never had roy Roger's. He lives in NC , so I brought him here and we were both impressed with everything and cleanliness. He loved the fixings bar for his burger and fries! I eat here at least once a week! Thanks!

Favorite Roy Roger's and only one around great service and great food.

We drove 40 minutes to come to this location we eat at once a mouth. The person at the drive through awful. No greeting and rushed us through the order. At the window No better and request twice a fixing cup. No thank No anything just pushed the bag out the window. Later to find no fixings. Called back spoke with a supervisor who came to the phone laughing regarding the complaint who defended the employee, Unprofessional. I request the GM as she stated I am the GM. Said just come back and get the cups. Did she miss the part that I drove 40 minutes to get their, food not hit so no offer to redo the order. No customer service at this visit.

Still the best chicken... . Great service, clean restaurant.
