Eat here if you want to be treated like a non-paying customer. Terrible customer service, I placed an online order for fries with extra seasoning . Arrived at the store, as I walked in one of the girls in the back I guess she is handling the fryers placed a finished order at the to-go station and locked eyes with me. Then proceeded to walk back to the fryers and lock eyes with me again...still saying nothing. I waited in the pick-up line still no one in front or acknowledged I was there. The phone began ringing and I guess the manager or the cashier ran up to answer it and he acknowledged. He handled the call asked my name did something in the back and then remembered me and my order was sitting at the to-go station the WHOLE time. He did apologize which is great however, the girl who is cooking in the back with a 16+ inch wig or weave wearing NO hair net on seen me first and never addressed me. This place really fell off the food was good and the employees were cool before COVID. Please hire people who want to do their job well! Not only were my fries cold but they also didn't even give me extra seasoning.

The fries were sweet for some reason we ordered boneless and got bone wings. Had horrible odor grease all over the kitchen floor and restaurant looked like no one was cleaning it, avoid this location at all costs!

Went to this location once since moving to Charles County. I got a taste for wings tonight and was about to try this location again but decided to check the reviews this time to make sure my experience was not a one off. Wow, this place sounds horrible. My experience a little more then 2 years ago was also horrible with my wings tasting like they were fried in 10 year old grease. I guess I'll have to drive over to Oxon Hill. Too bad for the owners of this location. Before moving here I ate at Wing Stop a couple times a week. Now I rarely eat them at all because of the long drive to PG county. Oh well their lost! I guess I will be making that drive tonight!!!!

Ordered through the wingstop app and the wings were GAS. Unfortunately they forgot our fries but when I called in I spoke to Henry and he was very nice, apologized, and issued a refund for the fries.
