First time going there and the place smells like a straight up public restroom. Immediately walked out. Customer there said it's smelled like that for a long time. Not sure how the place isnt shut down and not sure how employees can stand the smell.

Already accepted the bad customer service but this last go round all our food was unseasoned idk if they forgot or just didn’t give care either way we had a large order and this was the main food at our party. Eat here if you want to be treated like a non-paying customer. Terrible customer service, I placed an online order for fries with extra seasoning . Arrived at the store, as I walked in one of the girls in the back I guess she is handling the fryers placed a finished order at the to-go station and locked eyes with me. Then proceeded to walk back to the fryers and lock eyes with me again...still saying nothing. I waited in the pick-up line still no one in front or acknowledged I was there. The phone began ringing and I guess the manager or the cashier ran up to answer it and he acknowledged. He handled the call asked my name did something in the back and then remembered me and my order was sitting at the to-go station the WHOLE time. He did apologize which is great however, the girl who is cooking in the back with a 16+ inch wig or weave wearing NO hair net on seen me first and never addressed me. This place really fell off the food was good and the employees were cool before COVID. Please hire people who want to do their job well! Not only were my fries cold but they also didn't even give me extra seasoning.
