The staff at this restaurant is amazing! I had an issue with a food delivery where the driver claimed the restaurant did not provide my full order. After calling the restaurant, they verified that the driver never checked what he had taken. They confirmed that my order was correctly prepared and ready to go. When I went to pick up my order, the restaurant kindly offered me a complimentary side dish for the inconvenience. I tried to decline the gesture, but they insisted and it was truly outstanding. I decided to have a Boston Market Christmas this year, and they had my order ready in a large, sturdy box. They carefully checked each item to ensure my order was complete. I was extremely pleased that I had ordered lunch on the same day. I really appreciate the service provided by these individuals and I wish them continued success at this location!

I love ordering takeout from this restaurant every couple of weeks when I don't feel like cooking. The service is fast, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I typically order two meals from them, and the staff is always friendly. I appreciate that they still wear masks.

We had a great meal at Shepherd's Lake as always - the food was delicious and affordable, and the staff was friendly and prompt. We enjoyed a picnic by the lake.
