Delivered to this company and was terrified when I saw how small it was and the difficulty of backing into the dock. As a new driver I just knew I wouldn’t be able to do it without a second pair of eyes and some quidance. First of all you have to turn around in the parking lot of the business next door…ok easy enough but then you have to play in traffic in a curve and blind side back into the driveway and the locals were not happy about it. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the employee who was there to unload me was. Josh was very patient with me and gave really good detailed instructions on getting into the dock. Josh then helped me remove the thick wired seal by getting a tool from inside and labored until it finally came off. He even let me use the restroom and made me a cup of coffee. Great customer service and fast unload.

A challenging back when there is traffic need both sides of two way to get in nice staff, quick service

Navigating into this location with a 53-foot trailer can be quite challenging. You’ll need to utilize both lanes of the highway to maneuver into the dock, and you'll have to be cautious not to scrape a tire in the process. It’s best to hope that the area isn't covered in snow or ice. While the staff was friendly, no one offered to assist with guiding me in. Fortunately, there’s a cul-de-sac just to the east at Raymer Circle where you can turn around to avoid backing in blindly.

I delivered here, and the staff are incredibly friendly and quick. The dock is small and a bit tricky to access, but if you follow their advice, it becomes much easier.

The customer service here is outstanding, and the quality of the product is excellent. The team behind this company is honest and always willing to assist.
