El Maguey - Walkertown

So glad we stopped by and ate here! The ambiance was great. Our waiter was attentive, and we also got service from the manager! They were both great, and they made sure our drinks were never empty, and everything was to our liking. Great food and great customer service. We will come back again!

We come here for dinner about every week, mostly on Tuesday. The staff is always friendly and very attentive to all customers who go through the door. The service is very fast and never a long wait for everything. The place is always clean and the food is always excellent. The tropical margarita is also always a plus.

Always has amazing food. The service is always either great or bad. They do have a nice clean and authentic facility. There is also covered outdoor seating on nice days

I've eaten here half a dozen times. Food and service has always been good. Tonight meal a little less than perfect. I ordered the street tacos and the chicken was over cooked and the soft shells were dry. This was one out of many times. I will be back, sometimes things in the kitchen go sideways.

The El Maguey Experience (Dine-in Edition). I'm all about supporting local businesses, especially if it's delicious. So I arrived at El Maguey during lunchtime and the host greeted me at the door. Before I sat at the table, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. The bathroom seemed clean and smelled fresh. Once at the table, someone brought me a basket of chips and salsa. I felt the chips were hot and fresh, and the salsa was good. I ordered the Speedy Gonzales and liked how fast my plate came and how good my meal was. I would go back to El Maguey because the restaurant itself appeared clean, the food and service were good.
