The location is so incredibly beautiful, situated between wheat fields and vineyards. Our check-in was impeccable, it felt like a family member would welcome us to the house. We were in the bungalow most far from the main building and it was so peaceful. All about the room exceeded our expectations HUGE bathroom beautifully decorated, large fireplace with a bed in front of it for our dog, large glass sliding doors that looked out on the pond and hill behind the resort. We enjoyed lying in bed a morning when it stormed and watching the wind over the pond. The food in the restaurant is top notch. Breakfast included and ready to order was a very nice surprise. It is a special place and we will definitely come back.
I found the rest that is often lost and beautiful resorts. Resorts seeking options activities and opportunities for guests often forget the simple things like the quiet sounds of a waterfall, the late night frogs, the sounds of raindrops on the water. And the other invisible properties like the driving aromas of Alfalfa a vineyard and even the quiet beauty of a rejuvenated wheat field that had recently been overfired. A simple rest can only be described with the special word reserved for bliss, that is rest. Eritage Resort has harvested this place and serves it through the glass or through the fire side every night and every day.
The resort is beautiful. The staff was terrible. This place is so unique with so much potential, I was so excited to stay at last and then be treated so badly was such a abandonment. We even tried to talk to the anger that is literally healed in our group to find out how terrible we were treated. It's probably a difficult time to find good help, but that was still possible, the worst service I've ever experienced or experienced. I guess if you're not looking for a good customer service, and just staying in your room would be good. The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are beautiful, the food was quite good. But the staff made it so unbearable that we will not be back.
Beautiful spacious and private rooms, but the hi-lite was the service. It is a small hotel so that several people do several jobs and they did not miss a beat. One of our five days there, the cook took our breakfast order. The entire team was clearly trained to drop everything to take care of the customers. Rooms, pool and terrace at any time. Just excellent!
This is a Hidden gem in Walla Walla. A must visit for wine enthusiasts. I come all the way from Seattle to wind down and enjoy all the amenities this wonderful Resort and Winery has to offer. Check in is smooth and pain free and matter of fact I must say one of the BEST SERVICE I have ever received. Jenelle is awesome and she will make sure your stay is a memorable one. Thanks Jenelle for a lovely room. Food/Restaurant Well crafted Steaks and Fish. Arturo and his gang Ian, Sylvia, Joe and AJ are just amazing. Food quality is EXCELLENT bar none. Folks I'm a guest and I did not get paid to write this review. I just had such an amazing experience that I just can't miss anyone who served me and gave Excellent service. Rest Assured I will be back. Great job Team Eritage :
