We order to eat, explain that my partner has zöliakie. but not only that they show up half hours. our order was not right that we had commanded another. we complained because we know what they're going through is short. Even with the job I work on, it was disappointing, I guess we've asked too much of them. to make our chicken broccoli gluten-free together with 2 other of our meals and one said it would be 40min to 1h and I waited 2 hours and half longer before I called because I know how it is short.
Ordered from them which normally not bad if dining in. This time it was almost 2 hours the food was dry and cold. Tasted like a old pan was used. Tried calling back and nobody answered. My food was delivered in a large styrofoam cup which the menu says supposed to have rice which it had none. 22.00 for this food really? If it was edible sure but instead even soaking it in soy sauce it still tasted bad. Seems to me I’ll take my business elsewhere. Let’s hope the chicken was cooked at least. You guys need to make this right
We have ordered from here many times in the past, it was never that great. But today was the worst ever!!! 2+ hours to get our food which was cold. I ordered the small portion of pork chow main, fried rice and fried shrimp. I was seriously worried about eating it, the chow main was GREY looking and I seriously was worried they did something to it since I called to find out how long it was going to be since it had been almost two hours. And the rice did not have any taste/ flavor at all. We paid $56 for cold food that drove around with the delivery person for nearly two hours. I don’t think we will ever order here again. Save your and go somewhere else…
I ordered chicken chow mein and received boiled chicken and half-steamed bean sprouts without any sauce. This was not the typical chow mein I was expecting.
