Contribuisci feedbackLast night, my sister and I ordered food on the mobile app. I don't know exactly what went wrong, but some orders were mixed, including ours. It happens, especially when dealing with technology. The impressive part was when we came back, each member of her crew was diligent to correct these problems while it was a barrage of angry customers. They were confronted with an absolute nightmare and prevailed with toughness and grace. The hell they were presented with is the way they stand.
This Taco bell has finally stabilized mostly. For a long time the food was marginal and unpredictable, it was different staff every time I went (which was often). But the place now does pretty good and the night crew does a great job with the cheesy potatoes.
While the food was ok the young woman making the food today has an attitude problem. If you dare to ask a simple question you will be met with disrespect. Most of the other employees were decent but seemed untrained and not knowledgeable.
My partner left this location Taco Bell tonight crying because they were treated so poorly. The Taco Bell in walla walla belittles their most loyal customers, and this is our promise that we have spent the last cent of our money at this horrible service franchise. As a service care worker ! It is okay to admit you were wrong ! Miscommunications happen but we wish you could take care of your customers, better luck next time Gerardo
