Village Subs - WALLACE

The subs here are excellent, and the service is very friendly. We make a 15-mile drive just to get our subs from this restaurant.

I stopped by during a road trip and was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the friendliness of the staff. I tried a creamy Colombian coffee from the machine for $3, but I'm not sure if they offer fresh cream. They have outdoor seating, and the subs looked like they were made with care. The menu seemed delicious and reasonably priced.

Good: Pleasant Staff Sub roll was good Toppings seemed fresh Bad: Flies everywhere ... this is an open air topping service restaurant like subway, and there are flies landing on everything, including the meat slicer Bacon looked like it was soaked in a brine and left to dry out; which explains the overwhelming taste of sodium on my sandwich

Gas station subs. Young servers who were good. Bread was stale and overall quality of the fillings was bad. 91.5 state hygiene score. Would avoid.

The sandwiches are amazing! They are packed with meat, cheese, and additional toppings, so I can only manage to eat a quarter of the six-inch sub at a time. I end up getting two meals out of it! The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
