Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Great. One particular employee has glasses, Hispanic. He was great seemed as if he was a cook but, he took my order as a cashier and he was great! He was very respectful, and patient.

I only gave 1 star because that is the lowest option. Went in there tonight (2/15). The service was terrible. Had to ask twice for my food. While I was waiting people in regular clothes were going back and forth behind the counter and out into the lobby.Passing out stuff to their friends to from behind the counter. There was one girl behind the counter not in uniform serving people. Service would have been faster if they were not tending to their friends and passing stuff to them. Services has been terrible here for a while.

I guess this is the new ghetto of wallace when pulling up in parking lot employee taking trash out had his pants down around his knees holding them up also upon ordering was rushed several times when drinks were being handed threw drive thru window the were passed down to were I had to lean down out my vehicle to get the drinks also upon receiving food we were shorted food no I did not go back in did not want to deal with the staff

I love Zaxby's..never had anything bad.. EXCEPT the attitude of a few workers. Asking for 1 extra Zax sauce is not that serious . Chic rolled her eyes so hard they almost fell out her head.

Ordered the wings and things. Wings were totally dried out. Fries were limp. Chicken fingers were ok and like the variety of drink choices.
