Costa Coffee - Wallasey

We visited the new Brighton Costa today, and although it was quite busy due to the bank holiday, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly, helpful, and polite staff. The customer service was exceptional, as they provided us with excellent advice on our order. Despite the crowd, they took the time to assist us with our food and drinks. I highly recommend this place; it has a warm atmosphere and is staffed by smiling employees, making it an inviting spot even on a rainy day.

I highly recommend this place for its fantastic variety, especially the new summer cold drinks that you absolutely have to try. The service, taste, and selection are all excellent. It’s far better than Dieucks around the corner, where you end up paying too much for what essentially tastes like dirty water.
