All foods are fresh and to order. my favorites are clamstrips with the best cole slaw, huhn caesar packaging, and the homemade chicken soup is amazing!

This place is ideal for seafood. I have the fried full-bellams that were very good and fresh. the coleslaw and mozzarella sticks were very good. the atmosphere was really comfortable and casual and they had amazing hospitality and a nice staff, 5 stars!

Captain seas is a Wallingford food tradition. I was so excited that my mom chose here for her 90th birthday. tables were immaculate and I noticed that the staff knew almost every name. Mom ordered a hot lobster roll filled with lobster meat, homemade fries and homemade coleslaw. she loved it. I had again a whole belly mussel dinner with fresh homemade wobble rings and the same cole Slav. it was perfectly boiled in fresh oil, which is a true sign of perfection. beside seafood they offer burger, hot dogs and much more. a little expensive, but it is worth it.

The best cool dogs around this area also recommend the cadjau sandwich very freshly cooked with a slightly crispy brot / crust with fries great for a not so heavy lunch or dinner

$20 for fried scallops, fries and a drink. Soda and fries were fine, the scallops were hard. My fork could not poke through them.
