Baumstammhaus - Walluf

For a long time no more carvings have been eaten and have not been in the tree trunk house for at least 3 years. the joy was great.As suspected, the restaurant was well visited and we got a table in the beer garden. a bevelled carving and frame carving (both carvings were ordered in the smaller portion - nevertheless from the size still completely sufficient.) the salate beforehand is standard and this time was simply too much dressing on the salat. as already written, the scavengers had a sufficient size - pommes as a supplement too many.We both were disappointed by the quality of the meat this time. my wobble carving was dry and slightly tough. my friend had left a good quarter for toughness. had we caught a bad evening? Maybe... because the service - which was me from earlier in very good memory - made this evening a slightly overwhelmed and cramped impression.

This is probably the best carving restaurant in Germany (at least the entire Rhine-Main area). the atmosphere in the inner is great and the children love the different room settings / decorations. the food is excellent and the service is friendly and fast (if not overbooked) the prices are fair and parking available.

Spontaneous local visit in the early Tuesday evening with three people. nice service with prompt ordering. acc. to appetizer for two people, 1 x hand cheese (mild made, tasty,) 2 x chopsteak, 1 x wiener schnitzel. the meat dishes well roasted

Would like to give 6 or 7 points. have gone long ago and there have never been surprises. here you just know what you expect in advance. the steaks and schnitzel are the hammer and the sauces are unfortunately horny. great ambiente, super tasty eating, accustomed friendly service staff (which seem to love their job) ...... the tree trunk house is always worth a trip and for me just one question remains: when do we go next time? ah yes, almost I would have forgotten: the most delicious tiramisu far and wide, absolutely taste. who has no lust yet is himself guilty.

Beautiful local with beautiful outdoor area. the service and eating are excellent. we are coming back
