I have been trying to contact them for the past two days but they do not answer their phone and refuse to give me their manager's phone number. I will now be filing a complaint with corporate. This place is the absolute worst.
This restaurant closes unexpectedly at times throughout the day, likely due to understaffing as it seems no one wants to work there. They frequently run out of tuna and refuse to make more. Additionally, they do not cut sandwiches in half and barely toast the bread, resulting in soggy sandwiches and toppings falling everywhere. While there is one rude lady who manages to keep things running, perhaps the sub business is not suited for her.
The worst subway ever! Employee kept rolling her eyes and I had to ask her to put gloves on. I also saw ants near where the sandwich items. Disgusting!!!
It is disappointing that they only have one employee during busy hours. I had to wait over 40 minutes to receive my food.
The times I've been to this shop, they've made my sandwiches just as I would expect. They may not be as friendly, but I've not had any issues. All of my visits have been in the evening. Update: I've downgraded two stars, and the reason is the last threetimes I visited in the evenings they've been out of tuna and refused to make more. Because the only time I can visit is in theevenings, I will no longer purchase from this location, that's a loss of three foot longs I purchase every time I visit aSubway.
