Red Swan Pizza - Walnut Grove Canada

Today i came around 6:55 pm to place my order, I found myself ignored at the counter. Despite being ready to pay for pickup order, a customer was served ahead of me by other staff came from kitchen. There wasn't enough room, so I stepped back. Feeling disrespected, I canceled my order politely, but the staff's response lacked remorse. It's crucial to respect customers and review surveillance footage to know how your staff disrespected me. Not acceptable.

I picked up my order around 9:30 with my girlfriend. it was so yummy we came back around 10 for their cinnamon dessert pizza. Everything was amazing. On top of the food, the service was very fast and polite, and the restaurant was very clean all around. Both times I went this evening, I was sent off with a smile and kind words from the staff. With their vast menu of unique pizzas, I am excited to return soon. I can see this becoming a new favorite of mine. Dietary restrictions: The dough has vegan and gluten free options. Wheelchair accessibility: There is at least one ramp in the parking lot near the restaurant.

I came in to pick up my order around 9:35 pm. The guy at the front was very nice and had an inviting smile. The food was really yummy and they had great variety in flavours on their menu!
