Kfc - Walnut Ridge

We ordered exactly how the meal was worded on the menu and we were given the wrong food and the manager told us “we ordered incorrectly and I can’t give you a refund for that”. Waste of $25 on a meal I didn’t order and I’m not going to eat!

Good eating would have gave them 5 stars if they would have had original but crispy was good and they forgot our drinks and I had to get out and go in and get them it wouldn't have been that big of a deal but it was cold as my ex-wife's hart.

Best fried chicken in town and extremely good customer experience the crew is fast and friendly I will be back here again!

Apparently, they received no deliveries this particular day, so there was no coleslaw, no Mac cheese, no buns for a chicken sandwich a a manager that threw his employees under the bus while he leaves the store in search of product. These poor kids had no clue what to do. We ordered online then went to pick up. We had to wait 45 minutes for chicken &mashed potatoes. We paid for an 8 piece meal 3 chicken sandwich meals ended up with chicken sandwiches on mini buns, chicken, potatoes gravy, a handful of cookies. Had we known before placing the order paying for it, we would not have ordered. We won't be back.
