Papa Johns Pizza - Walnut

They been sucking ass. Given so many chances because you would think papa John's would be better than little Caesar's. I wouldn't say it's employees necessarily even though they slack on the quality of foods. It's the owner ultimately. I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB (better business bureau) we need less of these low quality franchises in our neighborhoods. STEP UP!

Used $15 rewards on an order of $16… Felt bad for an one dollar order so gave a $4 tip… And this is the food I got. Ordered an extra cheese pizza, came barely cheesed and the cheese bread was less than half cheesed…

Ordered many times from here but sadly I think you guys are going downhill. We recently had pizza from another location down in San Diego on vacation and you cannot come close to comparing it. Their's was perfection. Lots of sauce, cooked perfectly with so much flavor. What have guys done to your pizza? I think we have to part ways from this location. Please work on your quality.

Service was horrible and dishonest, they we’re overcharging me until I question the amount being charge for the order, then they claim that they needed to reset the merchant machine. I went ahead and called the local pizza place to complaint of the occurrence and they manager very rude told me with a really heavy accent “ do you want the order or not” very dishonest and rude location. Do not buy from this place and double check the amount they charge for the order. Need new management or honest ownership.

Great pizza and service! Easy to order, made fresh, and quick delivery time! Would recommend for parti, work events, just hanging out at home, etc. Prices are reasonable also. Check it ou!
