Farmer In The Dell - Walpole

The person at the front counter was incredibly friendly and personable. She greeted me warmly and was very attentive to my food choices. However, my experience with the food was a bit mixed, as I only tried the baked goods. I had a Lemon Coffee Roll, which looked delicious but turned out to be flat, dry, and somewhat lacking in flavor, leaving me a bit disappointed. I also tried the lemon loaf, which had a much better texture but could have benefited from a stronger lemon flavor. The coffee was hot, light, and not burnt, making it quite enjoyable. Perhaps I caught them on an off day or simply chose the wrong items, but I had hoped for a bit more. Nonetheless, they had a good selection, and as I mentioned, the service was very friendly! I would be willing to give them another chance.

I arrived to meet some friends for a cup of coffee at 8:20 AM, but the café didn't open until 9:00 AM. So, the three of us ended up chatting in the parking lot. Later, the owner reached out to us via Facebook and email to inform us that we were no longer welcome because some of her customers drove by and recognized our political views (seriously, I’m not joking)!

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently delicious!

I walked in on a very busy moment. People were sitting at all the tables with big smiles eating very wholesome foods. When it was my turn to order, the lady was so sweet and happy to be helping me. She gave me 2 of the most popular sandwich orders and I chose the Turkey flat bread. After a few pleasant words exchanged and leaving with a smile, my food was ready in 5 minutes. It was so delicious that I decided I’ll be back next time I am in town. 5 out of 5 for sure.

You can't go wrong with whatever you choose bakery items or sandwiches and salads. A favorite restaurant.
