Contribuisci feedbackI politely asked if I could have the bacon bits on my loaded fries served separately, but manager Sue refused because she did not have a container for them. I suggested putting them on a paper towel or napkin since they were dry, but she still refused and charged me full price. The restaurant only had one other customer. Burger King has better customer service. I will not be returning to this restaurant, not because of the money but because of the principle of the matter. Fortunately, the Bilston store near my home has accommodated this request for me before. I asked for the bacon bits to be separate because my mother, who wanted to share the fries with me, is a vegetarian. Sue remained in the kitchen during our conversation and did not have the courtesy to come to the front and speak with me face to face.
The food was delicious and the delivery was prompt. I don't understand why there are negative reviews, everything was perfect at the restaurant.

Doesn't accept cash , outside is scruffy, inside not much better, food was OK, never use again untill they accept cash
Friendly service Hot fresh food Clean inviting environment Always get served with a friendly, smiley face. My food is made to order so it’s always hot fresh this also helps with any requirements or changes I need to make
