Our only disappointment was that the potatoes tasted like powdered and not made home. Otherwise everything was great.
Surprisingly good burger! beautiful exterior seats, clean interieur and very friendly staff! would come back!
What is NOT LOVE about this charming side of the main strip, quiet, friendly, hole in the wall restaurant?! My husband, daughter, I needed a place to eat back home on our 13-hour drive. It was our 2nd choice that I am so glad that we chose Tina instead! Husband had the Lumberjack, daughter had the Cheeseburger/Fries, I had the Ultimate BLT. Everything was cooked to PERFECTION! I don't think I remember the last time we felt our plates SATISFIED with what we ate. When you enter, you are automatically welcomed by warmth, smiles, home comfort. There are tin plaque talks on the walls that make the whole place even more like home. It feels like you're going to an old mother-pop country kitchen. Definitely a welcome feeling when you are on the road for so long. I would recommend 100% Tina's!!! There is a reason why the locals held the place for 6 years! I'd like to see them go six more.
Absolutely wonderful experience! my dad said these are the best huevos rancheros I've ever had! and I must agree with the smashed breakfast burrito for myself. our server was also absolutely great. highly recommended!
My husband always says that my superpower is choosing small, local, family owned restaurants with really good food. Tina's Family Diner is one of the best I've tried in a long time! I had the veggie omelet with sausage and it was expertly made. The veggies were freshly chopped and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of char, and the omelet was rolled correctly and topped with fresh, grilled mushrooms. I had it smothered in green chile. Not great chile for the region, but good. Hash browns were perfectly crunchy and tender inside but not mushy. My husband's breakfast burrito had tender eggs and lots of meat. The pancake was good. Fluffy, not malty, but well made. Great patio, and I hear they make an excellent patty melt, too!
