I went to the Arby's on 66, in Sevierville TN. It was terrible, the staff was rude, I didn't get all my food had to turn around and go back. I had ordered straw...

Horrible. Never have Ice, no turkey. Luke warm drinks, cold food. Drive thru puts you on hold for 20 minutes.
Nothing fancy but the French Dip is pretty good. Good Sweet Tea also.
Food was pretty decent they were a little slow going through the drive-thru but that's to be expected where we're at
