Ihop - Walterhill

My visit to the restaurant was on Saturday, 9/24 and our server was Elizabeth. Once again, the service provided by the only front of house staff working that day was phenomenal. I ordered my usual strawberries and cream crepes, and they were plated more beautifully than I have ever seen in the 10 years I've been ordering this dish. Elizabeth took the time to make my food look immaculately pretty. Not only that, the dish was delicious as always. I wish there was something the manager could do to help lighten the load for the staff.

This Ihop is the one I used recently. It has staffing issues. Food was good. Don't go hungry, long wait for food.

Didn’t have any coffee. Slow service only 5 tables had to wait awhile for food. Not sure what’s going on here.

Cliff and is crew took a minute but was over all great!

Worst service. Took 15 to 20 minutes for someone to actually come take our drink order and never got refills on our drinks. Then waited a long time just to get our bill.
