Jimmy John's - Walterville

Food was good however your employees weren't very friendly. Also your bathrooms were disgusting and at one point you had 5 employees standing around doing nothing.

I’ve never had an experience even similar to this at a Jimmy John’s. Moving at a turtle like speed, no organization of who is on what task, no awareness of people lining up and waiting. The one making sandwiches must have been in training but took very long to make sandwiches. They pride themselves on speed so something was off. The employee that was extremely slow was wearing a sweatshirt that said “I love hot goth girls”. The experience was not a normal one for Jimmy John’s.

I was extremely disappointed with my most recent sandwich from here. Every bite I took was full of mayo and tasted of nothing but mayo. When I order a roast beef sandwich, I expect to taste roast beef, not to be overpowered by globs of mayo.

We got our sandwich’s to go. It wasn’t too busy at the time. The service was fast and the sandwich’s were great! I’d recommend this location.

This Jimmy John's is one of my regular lunch stops when I am on the road. No drive through, but still a convenient stop. Great Sandwich!!!
