Boston Market - Waltham

I originally wanted to give this restaurant a four-star rating, but the server who assisted us was so friendly and enthusiastic that I felt compelled to give them a higher rating. The service was great, but the food could use some improvement. I really wanted to try the seafood, but it wasn't on the menu.

This particular situation seems as if they always change the hands, and the staff seems as if they don't always know what they do, but eating is always hot and fresh, and people cooking know what they do. I gave them 5 stars cuz it was busy and they were several submissions at the same time. they might have been overwhelmed. I'm still going to go because it's good to eat and the staff is trying.

Boston Market is fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. They may be busy at times, but if you show patience, they will extend the same courtesy to you.

The staff at this restaurant are not very friendly and the food is just okay. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired.

Rice,mashed potatoes and quarter white chicken is the way to go. The ladies working later in the night were very polite and attentive. I belive all meals comes with a corn bread ? ?Parking is easy and free ?
